2. Services: Home Medical Services in Lebanon delivers top-quality healthcare directly to patients’ homes in Beirut, including emergency-level treatments. Our team of doctors provides comprehensive care without hospital visits. We also partner with schools, offering dedicated medical services and health education to ensure student well-being.
3. User Eligibility Our App is designed to be accessible to users of all age categories. By using the App, you confirm that you have the capacity to enter into these Terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. To access our services, you may be required to provide certain personal information, including your individual civil status if you are using the App for yourself, or family civil status if you are using the App on behalf of a family. This information is necessary for verifying eligibility and providing appropriate services.
4. Registration and Account To access certain features of the App, you are required to create an account. As part of the registration process, you must complete a medical questionnaire that provides information about your medical status, including any allergies and other relevant health details. This information is used to better tailor our services to your needs.
Please ensure that you fill out the questionnaire accurately and thoroughly. Your completion of the questionnaire will not affect your application status, whether it is accepted or not. Rest assured, your application will be processed and accepted without restriction regardless of the information provided in the questionnaire.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Use of the App You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
* Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
* Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
* You will be matched with the next available doctor based on their schedule with our company at the time you request a service. You cannot choose a specific doctor; instead, you will be assigned according to the availability of doctors.
* You can track the assigned doctor’s estimated arrival time through the App. Please remain patient as the doctor makes their way to you.
* If there is a delay in the doctor responding to your request or if you encounter any issues, your call will be forwarded to our call center. Our call center staff will assist you promptly and ensure that your needs are addressed efficiently.
6. Payment and Fees Payment for services is handled through the App. You can make payments using OMT, Wish Money, or a Visa card. Please note that doctors will not receive any payments in person. All transactions must be completed through the App using the specified payment methods. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
7. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation policies and refund procedures are outlined in our cancellation policy. Please refer to the specific terms related to cancellations and refunds within the App.
8. Privacy and Data Protection Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Medical Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our App or Services.

You are subscribed to a monthly plan, you have the option to continue or cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
